2. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
3. Pre-order items are expected to reach approximately 4 weeks after submission of orders to suppliers.
4. Ready stock items are also available for certain items and are expected to reach within 4-5 days after the closing batch.
5. All prices are exclusive of postage charges. Orders will only be placed to suppliers when full payment is made.
6. Strictly no back outs once your order is confirmed. Back out buyers will be blacklisted.
7. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during delivery.
8. Buy at your own risk. Items sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
9. The actual item colour may differ slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting.
10. Please make your payment within 3 days after confirmation of order.
11. We can only check the stock's availability when orders are submitted to our suppliers. A full refund will be made IF your order is out of stock. However, if our supplier runs out of ready stocks, we will pre-order the item for you.
